I seem to have a lot of patience. For fondant that is, not really anything else though.
I can sit for hours and make little figures and characters out of gumpaste and fondant.
My biggest challenge is coming up with the ideas of WHAT to make.

ReplyDeleteHello. I am planning a HUGE birthday party for my soon to be one year old twins. I am completely helpless. I have three cake classes under my belt, but do NOT have an artistic bone in my body when it comes to sculpting characters. The theme of my babies party is Mickey/Minnie Mouse (boy girl twins). I had a woman on etsy.com agree to make me a mickey and a minnie topper for their personal cake. She was going to charge me 10 per topper. When she completed them and email me a picture, they were HORRIBLE. I am DESPERATE. I have all the stuff for their cakes, but NO toppers. The party is March 27th.
